Masherbrum is one of the magnificent peaks of the Karakoram Range, Pakistan. In 1856 this peak was named for the first time by a British survey team. The stunning ice and rock make this peak very magnificent. Masherbrum is located south of the Baltoro Glacier. The peaks vertical north face is a great pyramid with narrow vertical ridges. Masherbrum peak demonstrates to be a thrilling climb climbers. In 1960 George Bell and Willie Unsoeld, the member of the American-Pakistani expedition, first climbed. The approach route to Gasherbrum base camp starts from Skardu, and the approach trek starts from the Hushe village on the Masherbrum glacier.
